Mickey is a software developer and music producer with nearly a decade of experience building software and leading collaborative projects. He's also a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School, where he completed a six-month backcountry leadership expedition. These diverse experiences—blending creativity, problem-solving, and people-first leadership—shape his approach as President of YPNG. He's dedicated to developing YPNG into an organization that's actively invested in the community and intentional about supporting people building their lives here—and has been building a custom website and membership platform to support that vision. Grounded in values of presence, kindness, and real human connection, Mickey is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for members to engage, grow, and make a positive impact together.

Anthony serves as a Retirement Plan Advisor at Corvus Wealth Advisors, specializing in advising on qualified plans such as company 401(k)s. Outside of his professional endeavors, Anthony enjoys exploring the scenic Central Coast with his wife, Grace, son, Manny, and daughter, Sienna, where they are always on the lookout for their next adventure. Anthony also enjoys being actively involved in his community through his church. He is passionate about seeking opportunities to give back to the communities he cherishes.

Kaylee Brooks is a marketing and business development professional with experience helping organizations strengthen their brand presence, build meaningful client relationships, and create strategies that drive growth. In her current role at Simply Clear Marketing, Kaylee works at the intersection of marketing strategy, project management, and business development, partnering with businesses to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and bring ideas to life. Her experience spans digital marketing, client relations, event coordination, campaign strategy, and community-focused initiatives. Beyond her professional work, Kaylee is passionate about building connections and creating opportunities for others to succeed. She believes that strong communities are built through collaboration, mentorship, and people who are willing to show up and get involved. She enjoys being active in local organizations, networking groups, and events that bring professionals together. A Central Coast native and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduate, Kaylee enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the coast, staying active, and connecting with friends, family, and her community. She brings curiosity, enthusiasm, and a relationship-first approach to everything she does, both professionally and personally.

Brian is an Economic Development professional with a knack for understanding how resources, people, and opportunity come together to strengthen a community—skills he brings to his role as Treasurer for YPNG. He's passionate about helping the organization grow sustainably while staying true to its mission of supporting young professionals on the Central Coast. When he's not crunching numbers or talking local economic strategy, you'll find him watching football or basketball, digging into the latest UFO news, or answering to his rapper name, B-Cool. Wu Tang forever.

Kaala works in small business consulting, specializing in organizational development and aligning tools and processes with strategy to help business owners implement their vision and make it stick. She has a background in psychology and strategic human resource management, and is passionate about the intersection of people and systems. Outside of work, Kaala spends a lot of time outdoors and being a creative. She is a self-published poet, a musician who writes and records her own music, and a wedding photographer. If it's creative, she's in. As a born and raised SLO local, Kaala knows firsthand how special this place is and what a privilege it is to be a young professional rooted here. She's on the board to help make sure the programs and strategy behind the organization are as intentional as the community it's building.

Eric Okerlund is an artist, entrepreneur, and dedicated community organizer based in California’s Central Coast. He serves on the board of the Young Professionals Networking Group, where he leads efforts to strengthen community engagement through adult recreational sports, outdoor events, and meaningful connections among local professionals. Eric plays a key role in organizing YPNG's softball league and is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people can build friendships. Drawing on an eclectic professional background that ranges from the golf industry to founding his own mechanical clock repair business, his leadership style blends logistical know-how, creativity, and a genuine warmth that brings people together. Whether on the field, planning a league season, or brainstorming the next community event, Eric brings energy, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose to his work with YPNG.

Casey Galli is the founder of Found Matchmaking Services, a relationship-focused business dedicated to creating meaningful connections through personalized matchmaking and community events. Since launching Found, she has built a growing network that brings people together both romantically and socially, hosting events throughout San Luis Obispo County with the belief that strong communities are built through meaningful relationships. Born and raised on the Central Coast, Casey has always embraced opportunities to learn new skills and take on unique challenges. After years of living away from SLO in places like New York City, France, Alaska, and Humboldt County, she is happy to be home. Her career has included commercial fishing, maintaining electrical motors at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, caregiving, photography, acting, and entrepreneurship. Each chapter has introduced her to people from all walks of life and reinforced her passion for bringing communities together. As Social Director for YPNG, Casey is excited to create events that help young professionals build authentic relationships, expand their networks, and feel more connected to San Luis Obispo County. She believes that some of life's greatest opportunities begin with simply meeting the right people and is passionate about creating spaces where those connections can happen.
